They are professional, they had what I needed, they installed it properly and they were as fast as they could be in performing the service. The price and the guarantee of the product is great. I cannot count the number of times they repaired flats for free. Excellent service!
I woke up to an almost flat tire. My tire had a big self tapping screw right in the middle. Before going here I had gone to two different stores. None had the socket for my lockable lug nuts. Discount tire had the right tools and got my tire patched up. The gentleman came out and gave me my keys and said I was good to go. I told him I hadn't paid and he told me it was on them! These guys made my week. I will return in the future!!!
Irresponsible salesmen. Don't ever ask for Ryan because he will lose your key and blaming it on you. Went in for a rotation and the guy give me all kind of attitude and come back to me asking for the key when I left it for him. Made me walk out in the rain looking for it, turn out he "accidentally" left it on another desk. Didn't even say sorry or anything and just walk to the back.
I will not go back to this store
My appointment was 01:00 pm and they told me i have to wait 3 hours more in the line.
