Stay away! This place is horrible. I ordered an item online and received an email 12 days later stating that the item was ready for pickup. Drove 30 minutes to the store and was informed the item wouldn’t be ready for another 5 days. Called customer service and they didn’t care. Called the store and talked to the service manager named Betty and she said it wasn’t her problem. Will never do business with them again and I recommend that none of you do!
Hard to get an help from this store. If they see that you are wanting to ask a question, they run. The older lady in paint is the WORST! she usually works day, older, short hair. I asked a question that did not require her to even do anything for me- just answer it. I finally let her know that she was being rude, she smiled and said, 'yep'... and walked off.
Really they do not deserve any stars. On 9/6/2017 I paid $45.00 for them to come out and measure for hardwood flooring at the Bmt store. Three weeks later I learn they lost the measurements. I called Port Arthur Lowes. Same thing. Today 10/3/2017 they tell me they can not give me a bid because I had 7 percent mositure. REALLY????? Thing is I had no flooding in my house just concrete floors right. They lied and just did not want to work up a bid. This was a large job for both title and hardwood flooring. All they are good for is taking your money. No refund on the $45.00 either.
Just awful! We ordered a fridge and 17 days went by with us calling and checking. Nobody could ever tell us anything about the order and when we finally cancelled, they refunded us $100 short. Sadly, this is one of multiple problems we've had with this store...
This particular Lowe's used to have five stars in my book you could almost always find someone to help you in any Department. And that is still often the case my issue is the receipt police policy that has been in place since hurricane Harvey. I'm a regular customer at Lowe's and I know most of the workers there by face. And some by name. the issue is I check out I walk Three Steps to the door and they're wanting to check the items that I just paid for once again. I understand that this store probably is experiencing what much of Port Arthur experiences, a high rate of theft and they're doing what they can to control it however I'm not their problem but they're treating me and other hard-working honest loyal customers as criminals or potential criminals. Walmart does the same stuff that's why I don't shop at Walmart. You only see this in Port Arthur or the Golden Triangle you don't see this in other parts of the country I find it offensive in over the top I'll be having a conversation with the store manager Ross concerning this. Bottom line if Lowe's decides to keep treating their customers as potential thief's I'll be taking my business elsewhere permanently I
