worst service ever experienced in this place first time coming here and do have insurance for my kid waited 2 + hrs for him to be seeing what kind of emergency is this you f***k die here.
Don't even bother wasting your time coming here, they won't help you. Glad my infant didn't die with his 104.5 fever.
I've frequented the medical center on a few occasions, this is where My primary Care giver is located. The staff is courteous and the Rn"s and Dr"s are good at what they do. This is the So East Medical Center of San Francisco CA.
My husband was admitted through Victory emergency room and in ICU for 1 day, then private room for 6 days. The wound on his leg was seen by physical therapy department one time, they looked at it, put a large bandage on it, then told my husband the nurses would take care of it. The nurses said it was physical therapies job to take care of it. Needless to say no one took care of it. By the fifth day we removed the bandage ourselves so someone would look at it. The wound was in dire need of being cleaned and redressed. The doctor on call took one look at it and an hour later physical therapy was in there cleaning the wound and redressing it. When he was released we were told home health would call us to set up a visit to keep an eye on the wound. It's been 4 days, no call yet. Someone has dropped the ball.
Been here over 4 hrs in the er. My spouse has diverticulitis and they have yet to 1. Control his pain. 2. Start iv antibiotics.3 run a ct scan. The nurse (Kathryn) acts bothered when we ask questions. We have seen her 2 times in 4 hrs only because I had to chase her down. I do not recommended this place to anyone wanting quality care or bed side manner for that matter!!
