HORRIBLE SERVICE AT RECORDS WINDOW VERY RUDE PORT ARTHUR NEEDS TO HAVE BETTER PERSONNEL!!!!!
Horrible! They are rude and don't care about the citizens. All the police do is hand out tickets for ridiculous things. I wish I could rate them less than zero!
God awful;- took two hours for them to arrive to take a assault with deadly weapon report.(documented).The officer made me feel like he was doing me a giant favor and I was somehow wasting his time. Terrible way for officer and dispatcher to act. on December 30/2015( first call made at 10:17 informed them I needed to speak to an officer but not then, I called back at 1255 and documented in the phone after waiting 1 hour, I called back at 155 and dispatcher said....no you didn't call at 1255 you called at 130(somehow he must of forgot that cell phones have satellites sending appropriate time) officers didn't show up till about 235,.....really.....well every one said what do you expect its port Arthur. Terrible community action and service.
Officer refused to identify himself when asked by photojournalist.
Rude and didn't care. I reported a neighbor disturb at mid night. The officer picked up my call was rude and seems annoyed. Waited for 40 min and no one show up, not sure will they send someone down or not. FYI the station is 5 miles away.
