The customer service is terrible. The prices are okay, but the sales people are useless. They are obviously there only to watch people; not a single person asked if I needed help. I was trying on different work boots for over 45 minutes, while two of the Boot Barn associates chatted with each other.

Walked into the store on a Friday afternoon and there wasn't a soul in sight. As I went to the back of the store, the employees were too busy cleaning the store to notice a customer walk into the store. I proceeded to try on a pair of work boot and several of the employees walked by without saying a word to me. Disappointed and dissatisfied with the service, I walked out. Show some respect to the customers that walk into the store and give them a helping hand. Manners and common courtesies have gone out the door.
