Don't know where to start...used to like Sears. My last 10 or so dealings with them have been terrible...wrong parts, rude service, finicky return process. Didn't use my credit line with them for awhile and they dropped me (yeah, I know, sure it's in the fine print somewhere...but I've bought a lot of things at Sears over the years). I'm about done with them
Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars to there appliance repair center! A&E service is who they go through and they are junk. Horrible customer service and the techs so bare minimum! And won't come back if they messed something up or even answer when you try and call them. Horrible! Just horrible!
I'm amazed this store is even still open. Sears all across the country are closing and this one barley had any business before I moved. The customer service could also be crappy
Honestly, I thought Sears was a good choice for my parents to get a new refrigerator. Very wrong. My parents purchased a new one at around $1700.00. They assured that it would be delivered next day. What came was an unboxed fridge with scuffs all over the bottom. They asked to take it back and get a new unopen one. The delivery person said their manager told them it was the only one in the warehouse and if my parents wanted another one they would have to wait till December 28 to receive it. A whole month they would have to wait! Sears did not inform my parents about the damages before hand nor did they talk about how it was the only one or about ordering for another one and how long it might take. They offered to take $400.00 off so we can take the damage one but my parents refused on principle. They bought a new refrigerator and they expect a new refrigerator. My parents tried to get in touch with the manager but they refused to get on the phone. Asked for the corporate number and the girl on the phone says she does not have that number. Really?! Save your money and time, shop for your appliances somewhere else that can give you better quality of service.
