Good for window shopping only. Prices are better on Amazon and the employees pester you far too often. It comes off as a really disparate attempt at getting commissions and gets annoying really fast.
Great service and if they don't know something they will find out for you! Just got refrigerator and upright freezer with extended warranty for less than $1100. You can always find great deals there.

I went in today just browsing. Probably four employees asked to help me. I am so used to employees scrambling to avoid making eye contact. It was refreshing.
Sells and staff at the store are great. They can sell you the product, but don’t expect them to service it. At least not within a sufficient time frame. Geek squad took 43+ days, 3 service men, 5 trips and 9 boxes to try and fix a standard no bells and whistles washing machine. Customer service with geek squad is less then poor coupled with a lack help. No one can help you.
