I just had one of the best cell phone experience ever when purchasing my Galaxy S7. The store manager,Beth, knows the importance of great customer service. She went above and beyond to satisfied me and my wife. She served us with a genuine smile. Her staff also appears to have her work ethics. Johnny G helped me get set up with my iPhone 7 and I'm loving it and haven't had problems with my phone or bill and that was in July! The store manager Julie is awesome and takes care of you along with the other employees. Anytime I have had to go back for what ever reasons, if that's questions about my phone or a new case, I am always served with a smile and a true helping hand.The man underneath that talked down on this store and current employees must have came in when he was having a bad day. It's okay E.J, grouchiness and impatientness can get the best of all of us sometimes
