Omg! Great lunch! Cajun pasta was awesome as always. The waitress was friendly and very attentive. My friends and I were having a great lunch and I really could not believe the manager Ms. Dena came to check on us. You just. Don’t see that anymore! She was very pleasant and cheerful and just made our day that someone actually cared about the customer! So back to running errand! We will be back again and again! Thanks!
Placed a to go order today at 4:00p.m. (and with a better than 20% tip) and told the waitress I would be sitting on seats by the door. At 4:45 I finally decided it seemed excessively long for the food to come. (A steak was part of the meal so was allowing that maybe that was the timing hold up) I stepped back into the bar area and a different waitress began to make excuses for why the food was setting on the counter but it wasn't her fault (never is) because she didn't know why it was there. I didn't care why just felt it was inexcusable that my food was setting on the counter and they couldn't even look around the counter and tell me it was there. They would not have had to even raise their voice, I was that close. Apparently the girl that took the order got off work and did not follow through with anyone about an order coming out. Needless to say, food was only room temp by the time I drove 5 minutes home and the entree of cheese fries was not even edible. I am not a fan of Chili's anyway but will not ever go back to this one in Pt. Arthur. I have experienced some poor service a time or two at McDonald's but never this bad, and this is the first restaurant review I have ever completed. This all happened after I had waited at least five or more minutes before anyone even came to greet/or see why I had entered the restaurant. I had considered leaving if I wasn't going to be served and I now really wish I had.
Shelly the bar server, was the perfect server! The salad I ordered was Fantastic. I will always come back!!! SCORE!!!
Awesome Birthday Dinner!!! We had a group of people and it wasn't a problem at all. Our service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious. Our best chili's experience yet!!!
Love this Chili's. The food was great and the staff is awesome. Everyone was genuinely nice and made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Superior customer service.
