I called Boost Mobile in Port Arthur Tx at 4:46 pm to purchase a new phone. The assistant was very rude an nasty, because I didn't understand her reasoning. I had asked her about replacing my old HTC phone and needed an upgrade. I will never call or shop at this store again.
