I called to start with... All I wanted was my 2 boys bath, nothing else. It hurts my back to do it myself. It started out at $25.00. Then when I got there with my babies. The 2 girls up front opens a book and the other on her phone to see what breed they are. One of my boys is a terrier mix, it's very obvious, he has very thin hair with a little curl and very course. My other boy has long very thick, with uder coat, they are completely different. They decided without touching them or even really looking at them that they were otter hounds. They went on to say now rare this breed is and IF they were otters now lucky I was because they are so rare. Well after a long look in the book and Google they wanted $40.00 for each for just a bath. I left one, the long hair one. He is young, 6 months, they cut his hair without my permission. When picking him up, they were giving a customer the same run around with the book and Google about what type of dog she has and what to charge. Not going back, they need people that know more hands on and shut the book and stop wasting so much time decided what to charge people. Will not recommended.
Well, just got hung up on by the grooming department, now I remember why I use self employed groomers who actually have manners.
