The workout room didnt look like it showed in the picture and the rooms was not nice the way they looked in the picture
Although the staff was really friendly we will not be returning to this location. When we arrived the hotel gave us a set of room keys that would not open our room. We returned them 3 times before the maintenance manager finally let us in. We had places we had to go but had to wait around for an hour before finally able to leave. The maintenance manager gave us his key. When entering the room it instantly was a bad experience. The room smelled extremely bad of mold and the ac would not cool the room. The hotel had no other room of the same type to offer so we stayed in room. Little did we know that that would mean not getting to sleep until 5am because the maintenance manager had a room full of house guest that were swimming, yelling, oh and banging on the wall all night long. The next morning we woke up and went to talk to front desk where they put us in a 2 double be room instead of the king suite we had. If the manager had been there we would've demanded a refund. It was very unpleasant to stay in a room that smelled like mold due to the health risk. The plus side was the staff was very friendly.
Needed maintenance and basic repairs. Will need a full gut rehab after Hurricane Harvey. First floor is a total loss.
This is by far my favorite place to stay! The staff is awesome and super helpful and breakfast is always fresh and served in a clean environment! They also have options for outside rooms or inside rooms! Definitely recommend .
I was visiting guests while it was under construction from Hurricane Harvey. What I saw of it was nice. The pool area was nice as well.
