I purchased a BT2000 July 22 and it was installed and delivered July 28, 2017. My apartment got 5 inches of water during the Harvey flood. The installers did not mount the electrical components to the bottom of the bed and the entire unit is ruined. On several occasions i visited the store to purchase a new motor. I only get my name and number taken down and never a phone call back. I have called and left messages. No luck. This is terrible customer service and I just want to make sure anyone who chooses to purchase anything from this company do so with caution. Check the install.
